AIMET Technologies, Inc. is a World Class Leader in high precision Advanced Molding Technologies.Aimet Technologies, Inc., (Automatic Injection Molding of Engineering Thermoplastics), is a full service provider of custom injection molding solutions with a focus on engineering materials, highly technical requirements, high speed molding, value added secondary operations, engineering support and cost controls.

In our climate controlled factory two molding cells utilize technical innovations such as hot manifold systems, valve gating, direct tip and sequential valve controls to produce both large single cavity appliance moldings and small multi-cavity, thin walled products for the medical industry. Real time plant monitoring is managed by the IQwin32 ERP system. SPC production, self monitoring equipment, and robotic material handling work together within a JIT environment. We provide a series of value-added services from engineering, insert molding, inspection, packaging and Kanban delivery.

Our full-service engineering, mold making and program management capabilities operate in a culture of zero defects and continuous improvement.

In business since 1993, we are a team oriented organization whose strength comes from a diverse and innovative workforce with cross functional skills sets. Located in Zebulon, North Carolina since 2007, our modern state-of-the-art, ISO 9002 certified facility is globally cost completive and operates under extreme quality standards.

Our injection molding facility incorporates the latest in state-of-the-art equipment including molding machines, robotics, real time production monitoring, centralized raw material drying and handling, finished goods conveying, centralized shipping bar coded labeling systems, clean room molding, and production planning using our IBM AS/400 Computer with an integrated manufacturing and financial management system. Our "Plastics Advisor" MRP II system helps insure that delivery commitments are met.

Injection molding components with high technical requirements is our core business at Aimet Technologies. Our UL registered production facility specializes in high speed molding of thermoplastic and thermoplastic alloys to tight dimensional tolerances.
